Forms Management Program

Abstract

The Air Force Force's Management Program exists as a means to manage the collection, storage, retrieval, and display of standardized data by using paper or electronic media. MAJCOMs or FOAs may centralize or decentralize their local programs. If a MAJCOM or FOA has a centralized forms management program, it may use a single organizational designation for its field forms, instead of separate command, headquarters, joint use, or field activity forms.
