Abstract

This manual implements Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 33-1, Command, Control, Communications, and Computer (C4) Systems, and AFPD 21-4, Engineering Data. It identifies the engineering and installation (EI) products and services available from the 38th Engineering Installation Group (EIG) and describes how users obtain the products and services to support their communication and information systems. This manual applies to personnel working in communications and information planning and implementation functions; other functions at major command (MAJCOM), Numbered Air Force (NAF), and wing level who require, plan, maintain, install, modify or remove communications and information systems.
