Abstract

This instruction implements Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 33-1, Command, Control, Communications, and Computer (C4) Systems. It prescribes the requirements, responsibilities, and procedures for operation, security, and configuration management of the Strategic Automated Command Control System-Data Transmission Subsystem (SACCS-DTS). It applies to all users of the SACCS-DTS Network, either through direct input or interface systems.
