Final Report for Cooperative Agreement No. DAAD19-00-2-003

Abstract

The report provides an overview of the infrastructure and capabilities established in the framework of the cooperative agreement. The capabilities include custom-configured instrumentation for optical characterization of display components and systems, as well as custom-designed equipment for fabrication and characterization of flexible flat panel display components, including organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs).
