Intelligent Analyst Digital Video Library Prototype

Abstract

This report provides details on the Intelligence Analyst Digital Video Library Prototype that was developed to incorporate various methods, techniques, and technology into a video indexing and retrieval system to enable Intelligence Analysts to more easily and effectively perform their jobs when exploiting video. It incorporated various automatic and user assisted indexing methods such as geoposition (GPS), moving object detection, and analyst annotations, date/time, etc.
