Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB): Analyse und Diskussion eines mehirdimensionalen Konstrukts der verhaltenswissenschaftlichen Organisationstheorie )Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB): Analysis and Discussion of a Multidimensional Constructs of the Organization Theory of Behavioral Science)

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is an American construct from behavioral science that has been rarely interpreted in German scholarly circles. Therefore, the study serves as an introduction to the origin, development, and newest ideas stemming from this construct. Some of the important dimensions to OCB are as follows: helpiul behavior, task-related awareness of responsibility and engagement, good sportsmanship and tolerance for frustration, polite and perspicacious behavior, organization-related awareness of responsibility and engagement, pro-social behavior, organizational commitment, organizational justice, anti-citizenship behavior, and organizational spontaneity.
