Operationalisierung von Rechtsstrukturen in Oekonomischen Systemen (The Operation of Legal Structures in Economic Systems)

Abstract

Grounded in mathematical economics, this study covers a massive amount of material within rather brief parameters, resorting to general sketches of; among others: the legal system as inherited from the Romans, and its subsequent evolution; the definition of "legal structures"; after Hoeher-Lauster-Straub's scholarship. The admitted Achilles's heel of the study (chapter 5) has the author propose a link between the operational state of the "legal structures" already outlined and a realistic description of the socioeconomic systems in which they supposedly function. An ambitious bibliography detailing the breadth of the project follows an appendix with statistics such as federal court distribution and suits brought to trial.
