Cyclin Dependent Kinase Inhibitors as Targets in Ovarian Cancer

Abstract

The objective of this proposal is to develop gene therapy strategies that inhibit ovarian cancer cell growth and selectively improve sensitivity of ovarian cancer cells to chemotherapy and radiation. The proposal focuses on in vitro and in Vivo "proof-of-concept" studies of target discovery. Four highly interactive projects make up this proposal.
