It outlines common requirements, establishes milestones for the long-range development of joint training, and details the role of US Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM) as the lead Joint Force Integrator, DOD Executive Agent for Joint Warfighting Experimentation, and lead agent for joint force training IAW the Unified Command Plan (UCP) 1999.
