Program Research and Announcement PRDA 04-01-PKT Integrated High Payoff Rocket Propulsion Technology XI (IHPRPT)

Abstract

The Air Force Research Laboratory, Propulsion Directorate, AFRL/PR-West, Edwards AFB, CA is soliciting unclassified technical and price proposals for the effort described in Section A below. This announcement provides a complete description of the topic, the government projected funding profile and the technology areas to which the topic belongs. Proposals should be addressed to the Contracting POCs and Technical POC stated in the Preface with the appropriate markings. This is an unrestricted solicitation. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) applicable to this acquisition is 541710 with 1000 employees as the threshold between small business and large business classification. Small businesses are encouraged to propose on this solicitation. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with this announcement. There will be no other solicitation issued in regard to this requirement. Offerors should be alert for any PRDA amendments that may permit extensions to the proposal submission date.
