Abstract

The Disaster Relief and Emergency Medical Services (DREAMS(Trademark)) project is a consortium of scientists; medical professionals, and engineers from The Texas A&M University System and the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. The goal of DREAMS is to improve the diagnosis and treatment of critically ill or injured soldiers in the field by expediting their access to medical experts at trauma centers of field hospitals.
