Computational Modeling of Human Multiple-Task Performance and Mental Workload

Abstract

This report summarizes the results of an extended project in which a computational modeling system for human cognition and performance, named EPIC (Executive-Process/Interactive Control) was developed, applied to several types of tasks to accurately represent human performance, and inspired to collection of new data that cast new light on the scientific analysis of key phenomena in human performance and cognition. The report summarizes the accomplishments of the project, and includes a complete list of publications and presentations of the project work.
