A New Pathway of Chemotherapy Induced Apoptosis in a Prostate Cancer Cell Line

Abstract

We have continued to systematically investigate several possibilities regarding the identity of caspase-P. Our systematic approach to chemotherapy-induced apoptosis helped us to advance the understanding of this process and to develop new tools to analyze mechanisms of cell death in tumor cells.
