AU-2 Guidelines for Command: A Handbook on the Leadership of People for Air Force Commanders and Supervisors

Abstract

The book was written for a twofold purpose. The first part of each chapter is written in a narrative format for the use of Air University course instructors to incorporate in their instruction. The second part of each chapter contains checklists that will assist those who are currently commanders to make sure they cover all the bases. Finally, a computerized tool book is available for instruction and for commanders who wish to add an automated version to their computer library. This book should give one the guidelines necessary to achieve success as a commander.
