Abstract

This final technical report begins with the objective the project, followed by detailed technical reports on the new accomplishments and findings obtained in the project. They are presented in three sections: A) Potential Energy Surfaces of Ion-Molecule Reactions; B) Potential Energy Surfaces for Photochemical Reactions and Nonadiabatic Processes; and C) Other Elementary Reactions. The Publication List and Interactions/Transactions conclude the report.
