Communication of Evidence-Based Medicine

Abstract

Communication between physician and patient is very important to allow the patient to make a well-informed health care decision. Evidence-based medicine is one approach in which medical information can be presented by a health care professional. This study was designed to gather data relating to a patient's understanding of information, specifically evidence-based medicine, provided by a physician.
