U.S. - Russian Nuclear Cooperation: Actionable Intelligence

Abstract

US -Russian Nuclear cooperation reflects the tension present in virtually every important foreign policy decision between our worst fears and best hopes. Our "worst fears" is that terrorists gain possession of a nuclear weapon or fissile material for use against the United States. Our "best hope" is that the U.S. and Russia, former adversaries, collaborate to reduce the risks inherent in the vase nuclear complex that rests on Russia's uncertain economic and political landscape.
