Homeland Security and Intellectual Capital Support

Abstract

This effort sought to expand development of intellectual capital products for the USAF and other government organizations for application to Homeland Security and Information Operations. This contract was canceled in early FY 2004 due to the contract's admission that his product was not satisfactory to warrant continuation of this effort. He was paid for services rendered and the effort was closed out with no reportable accomplishments for publication.
