Order Lattices of Quantum Dots

Abstract

This program has been focused on the development of the enabling tools for future generation optoelectronic devices. We have focused on two main areas: (i) controlled position of quantum dots - primarily in the InAs/GaAs system and (ii) development of group III-nitride quantum dots - primarily in the GaN/AIN system.
