Abstract
This document contains the Final Proceedings for the Third Siberian Polarization Workshop (Sibpol 2004), which was held on 7-9 September 2004. The workshop's 34 papers focused on the following topics: (1) polarization of electromagnetic waves at reflection and scattering by complex objects; (2) vector processing of optical signals; (3) polarization characteristics of signals in radar, radio navigation, and communication systems; and (4) polarization radar.
