Call-Center Based Disease Management of Pediatric Asthmatics

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine a population-based intervention using preventive measures of a remote call-based asthma disease management program utilizing proactive education and monitoring. This intervention will be compared to a control population of pediatric asthma patients receiving printed education materials and usual care at three DOD military treatment facilities in a similar geographic region.
