Breakdown Behavior of Fuels for Pulsed Detonation Engines

Abstract

Micro flow tube mass spectrometry has been used to analyze the thermal breakdown behavior of JP-10, with and without oxygen present. In this final project period, catalytic enhancement of JP-10 pyrolysis by nano-powdered catalysts was studied.
