Construction Programs (C-1), Department of Defense Budget, Fiscal Year 2005

Abstract

The C-1 is provided annually to the DoD oversight committees of the Congress coincident with the transmittal of the President's Budget. This document is also provided to OASD(PA) for use by non-DoD activities, and is available to the public on the Internet at http://www.dtic.mil/comptroller. For FY 2004 the C-1 reflects appropriations "as enacted" and for FY 2005 the C-1 reflects appropriations "as requested." It does not reflect transfers of budget authority or unobligated balances.
