Design Memorandum No. 3: Flood Control Project and Draft Environmental Assessment: East Creek Stage 3 Chaska, Minnesota

Abstract

This design memorandum presents the design and discussion of planning for stage 3 which consists of a diversion channel that protects Chaska from flooding of East Creek. Works includes trapezoidal riprap channel, articulated concrete channel, drop structures, outlets with gatewells, roadway bridges, landscaping, recreation trail and the remaining stage 4 levee at the East Creek intersection.
