Abstract

The Procurement Programs (P-1) is derived from and consistent with the Comptroller Information System database. The P-1 is provided annually to the DoD oversight committees of the Congress coincident with the transmittal of the President's Budget. This document is also provided to OASD(PA) for use by non-DoD activities, and is available to the public on the Internet at http://www.dtic.mil/comptroller.
