Abstract

The RDT&E Programs (R-1) is derived from and consistent with the Comptroller Information System database. The R-1 is provided annually to the DoD oversight committees of the Congress coincident with the transmittal of the President's Budget. This document is also provided to Office of Assistant Secretary of Defense (Public Affairs) for use by non-DoD activities, and is available to the public on the Internet at http://www.dod.mil/comptroller.
