Abstract
Under contract to the U.S. Army Environmental Center and Platinum International, Inc., this plan was developed to ensure that the Army's overall UXO Technology Development, Testing, and Evaluation (RDT&E) program is responsive to the short and long term requirements of the user community, is adequately funded, is properly executed, and promotes technology system usage in the field. Also, this plan will ensure the Army compliance with DoD Directive 4715.11, "Environmental and Explosives Safety Management on Department of Defense Active and Inactive Ranges within the United States."
