Flood Control Project, Bear Creek Stage 4, Rochester, Minnesota: Design Memorandum No. 6

Abstract

This report presents the recommended design for Stage 4 on Bear Creek. The design includes channel modifications, two drop structures, tie-back levee, recreational trail, relocation/replacement of existing pedestrian bridges and relocations of existing utilities and sewers.
