Abstract

This supplement to the design memorandum for Stage 1B of the Rochester Flood Control Project investigates aesthetic and recreational concerns and environmental issues not addressed in the environmental impact statement, which includes impacts caused by a proposed drawdown of Silver Lake and the discovery of contaminated waste.
