Performance Learning Roadmap A Network-Centric Approach for Engaged Learners

Abstract

The Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (AT&L) workplace is rapidly evolving to transform the way we conduct business. Spread all over the world to provide critical systems and support to the warfighter, our workforce demands responsive, point-of-need learning, the ability to access knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with experts at the point of-need. The Defense Acquisition University (DAU) is developing learning and job performance support systems that remain with the AT&L workforce 24 /7 and throughout their careers the concept of "continuous presence. Our focus is to shape a network-centrlc learning environment and exploit online resources and expertise. At the same time, we continue to reshape and improve our resident learning assets.
