Procurement Quality Assurance

Abstract

The purpose of this handbook is to provide policy guidance and authority for Contract Administration Services (CAS) quality assurance personnel in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) quality assurance concepts, outline the relationships with other activities which have an influence on the CAS mission and for whom services are provided, and describe the Procurement Quality Assurance Program.
