The Raid on Tunisia - Was the Condemnation of Israel Justified?

Abstract

The thesis examines the Israeli raid on the headquarters of the Palestine Liberation Organization in Tunisia. This attack raises fundamental questions about the rights of a state to use armed force against alleged terrorists located within the territory of another state. This thesis concludes that the attack by Israel was an act of aggression and not an act of self-defense.
