GINSU: Guaranteed Internet Stack Utilization

Abstract

To design and implement an alternative IP host stack capable of guaranteeing availability of the stack to individual processes running on a computer. An IP host stack implementation is an important element of any networked host's operating system. Guaranteeing availability of network access requires a survivable host stack implementation as an alternative to today's IP host stack implementation.
