Naval Hospital Pensacola Nurse Call Center
Abstract
This study is a summative evaluation of the Nurse Call Center (NCC) at the Naval Hospital Pensacola (NHP), Florida. This management project discusses the current and historical aspects of telephone advice and triage call centers and provides a historical overview of the NCC at NHP. The study also identifies various strengths and weaknesses of the -NCC and makes recommendations for improvement.
