Diluted Magnetic Semiconductors for Magnetic Field Tunable Infrared Detectors

Abstract

This report results from a contract tasking University of Leeds as follows: The Grantee will investigate II-VI compound semiconductors alloyed with transition metals to develop paramagnetic semiconductors whose wavelength dependent detectivity can be varied by a magnetic field.
