(4) The risks and hazards associated with hazardous substances and emergency response. (5) The potential outcomes associated with an emergency involving hazardous substances. (6) Recognizing hazardous substances in an emergency situation. (7) Determining the need for additional resources. (8) Making appropriate emergency response notifications.
