Abstract

This database is provided to show skill standards for production skills used in the construction, conversion and repair of ships. The skill standards database has four principle components: Skill Standards, primarily concerned with ship construction; A body of tasks primarily related to ship repair; Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) used in shipyard production work and Training Providers.
