Innovative T&E that Balances Risk with Resources for Future Army Training

Abstract

What is the ACTF? The Army Constructive Training Federation (ACTF) is a collection of Simulations, Sim/C4I interfaces and tools which provide post exercise drivers designed for training land component commanders and their staffs. It provides a simulated operational environment, in which computer-generated forces stimulate and respond to the command and control processes of the training audience.
