GPS Decision Analysis Approach: (1) Identify & define candidate military tasks for the specific GPS approach; (2) Identify key GPS attributes; (3) Identify current and desired attribute levels; (4) Assess relative need to improve task performance; (5) Assess the GPS approach's relative ability to improve task; (6) High leverage military tasks for the specific GPS approach; (7) Analyze cost, technical risk, and political risk for prioritized tasks.
