Abstract
Chemical warfare nerve agent biomarker methods: 1) Cholinesterase activity, 2) Nerve agent hydrolysis products, 3) Fluoride ion regenerated alkyl methylphosphonofluoridate (G agents): a) human plasma, b) red blood cells, c) tissue. New analytical method: 1) ammonia CI, 2) a large volume injector (LVI) with Tenax insert, and 3) stable isotope (2H11-GF) internal standard.
