Lessons from Bosnia

Abstract

The first seminar is on Bosnia. Its purpose is to take a retrospective look at the crisis by people who have favored a different international and U.S. policy than the one pursued so far, and to identify the crossroads at which a different policy might have produced a better result for Bosnia and the region.
