The Military Profession. A Selected Bibliography

Abstract

This selected bibliography lists references for readings on leadership, ethics, civil-military relations and other topics directly related to the study of The Military Profession. Particular attention was devoted to United States Army officership. With the exception of some important older titles, most of the books, documents, articles and online resources cited are dated 2000 to the present. All items in this bibliography are available in the USAWC Library. For your convenience, at the end of the entries, we have added library call numbers, Internet addresses, or database links. Web sites were accessed during August 2006.
