Translational Health: The Next Generation of Medicine
Abstract
The "Translational Health - the Next Generation of Medicine" conference brought together scientists and medical professionals from across the country and Europe to present and discuss their research and clinical findings in all phases of biomolecular research including DNA sequencing, genotyping, expression analysis, protein separation and identification, and biomedical informatics analysis. This conference resulted in a greater understanding of human diseases and how through combining systems biology and high-throughput molecular analysis can improve patient care in both the military and civilian sectors.
