Abstract

The U.S. Army Environmental Center (USAEC) policy is to provide a safe and healthfiil workplace for all employees and subcontractors. The accomplishment of this policy requires that operations at the Fort George G. Meade Fire Training Area (FTA), Helicopter Hangar Area (HHA), and Ordnance Demolition Area have an overall plan and consistent proactive approach to health and safety issues.
