OSD Clean Fuel Initiative

Abstract

The vision of the OSD(Office of the Secretary of Defense) Clean Fuel Initiative is that DoD intends to catalyze the commercial industry to produce clean fuels for the military from secure domestic resources using environmentally sensitive processes that create jobs and wealth in the United States.
