2005 Navy MWR Customer Survey

Abstract

Since 1997 Navy leadership has commissioned Navy-wide customer satisfaction surveys about the perceived importance of, use of, and satisfaction with Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) programs. In 2005 the Navy MWR Customer Survey was administered to a stratified random sample of active duty Sailors through an Internet-based survey. As in previous years, results are generally positive, although views of MWR quality and satisfaction with MWR have decreased from 2003 results.
