General C. E. Mundy, Commandant of the Marine Corps (1991-1995) published this pictorial pamphlet to communicate The Vision, The Mission, The Principles and The Goals for the United States Marine Corps. The brochure outlines nine goals and each goal also includes strategies for achieving the goal.
