Management of the Iraq Security Forces Fund in Southwest Asia - Phase 2

Abstract

The overall objectives of the audit are to evaluate whether the $5.7 billion provided in the FY 2005 supplemental appropriation for equipping, supplying, and training the Iraq Security Forces and repairing, renovating, and constructing facilities and infrastructure was used for the intended purposes and whether transfers to other DoD appropriations followed congressional intent and applicable appropriations law.
