Abstract

Testimony focuses on the proposal to create a National Commission on the Prevention of Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism. Mr. Jenkins warns one of the major challenges will be to correctly frame the issue, avoiding unsupported assumptions that lead to inappropriate strategies.
