Abstract

This report describes the design and construction of a CGMP facility for yeast and bacteria on the first floor and basement of Othmer Hall, the home for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Biological Process Development Facility. It has taken a significant effort to secure all the required funding and to have final approval by the University of Nebraska Board of Reagents to build a fully-funded CGMP facility design. The report describes the final design and initial construction of the facility.
